Does it use the official WhatsApp API?
Yes. It sends through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), so you'll need your own WhatsApp Business account and number.
Can I message people who haven't opted in?
No. WhatsApp only allows business messages to people who agreed to hear from you, and the product follows those rules.
How will pricing work?
You'll buy prepaid credits per message, plus Meta's own conversation charges. Final prices will be shared at launch.
